Research Interests & Activities

Developing methods for increasing harvest efficiently and sustainability through technology. Key areas of interest included almonds and macadamia nuts. This includes analysing early season physiology to identify peak harvest ability. Creating on-farm harvest processing techniques to utilise waste products and promote food safety within the orchard, as well as promote greater environmental control over weather events to improve food quality and process ability.
